When you call us we will ask for the size of your property, its location, cleaning instructions, your preferred day(s) of the week and any other relevant information. |

An initial house visit is offered free of charge. We meet you to discuss details and give our recommendations. Alternatively, arrangements can be made over the phone. Whatever your instructions - we follow them! |

Once the details have been agreed a cleaner will be assigned. If you are not happy with certain aspects of the service we immediately rectify the situation. In the unlikely event that you do not approve of the maid working for you, we provide a replacement. |

We pay special attention to confidentiality, house security, personal safety, punctuality, and last but not least, quality of work. This is ensured by consistent communication with our maids. We also seek feedback from clients in order to maintain a high quality. |

Peace of mind is a key factor and so our maids are fully insured against any unlikely damages to your property. They are also fully vetted and CRB checked. |
